All villas of our offer are in private property of different families. To the sort of our objects is pointed in every description, rather if the owners are living on the same site or sometimes in the same building.
The objects are furnished tidily and individually according to the taste of the owner. In every object you can find a refrigerator,a gas cooker /an electric cooker is very rare in the Hungarian cottages/,dishes, glasses, bed clothes /mostly pulled up/, sometimes even a microwave, a washing machine, in the terrace or in the garden there are chairs,a table, sometimes a shower and a swing. Cleaning and linen change happen only at change of turns. However, we recommend to bring towels,soap, detergent, tablecloth, kitchencloth, napkin, toiletpaper,linen clip, clothesline, torch, if you need also babybed with you.
Our prices are complete: include all the rent, extras /electric, water,gas/, final cleaning and use of bed linen. The prices refer to the whole house or apartment, if in the descrip -tion others are not indicated. Our guests can let the cottage only with the indicated maximum number of people. The price is a day price for the object in the high,off season for fixed number of people.
The situation, environment and furnishing-level are very important by price formation of the decided object. By fewer guests the price can be more reasonable, but only in the off season. Because a cottage is determined like an object, we are not able to give reduction for child/ren /only the number of persons is decisive/. The rent contains only the overnight stay, but there is a great number of possibilities to take meals in the surroundings /sometimes you can have breakfast by the owner for extra payment/.
The guests can arrive and leave not only at weekends /Saturday, Sunday/, but also on other days /ask for it/. If you want to book a house/cottage, You have to remit 100 euro as a deposit to our bank account, the rest you pay after arrival at our travel agency and the advance payment will be subtracted from the complete price. Then you receive the keys to the object /because of cleaning it is possible only from 2.00 p.m.,if before the arrival another time has not indicated/, the guests must leave the object till 10.00 a.m. on the departure-day and give off the keys in the agency. Sometimes our agency take caution from the guests for the house by arrival, which will be payed back by departure /if everything is okay in the house/.
